Frequently asked questions
The questions below are the ones we are actually asked, answered at the length they deserve.
Why pay €245 when other services give me a hundred biomarkers for less?
Because those services sell you the numbers and leave you to interpret them. You are not buying tests here. You pay your own local laboratory for those, usually less than we could charge you. You are buying seventy-five minutes of an internal medicine physician with a PhD in cellular immunology reading your case, and a written opinion you can take to any other doctor.
Do I need blood work before I book?
No. Bring whatever you have, however old. If you have nothing, the first call is where we decide what to run.
Do you send me a test kit?
No, and deliberately. We specify exactly what to run, and you use an accredited laboratory in your own city. You get local pricing, local phlebotomy, and no dependence on us for your own data.
What if I am not in Greece?
Most of this ladder is built for exactly that. Consultations are by secure video, laboratories are yours, and the protocol is written to be executed wherever you live. Where a prescription or a procedure needs a physician in your jurisdiction, we tell you precisely what to ask them for.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each engagement has a defined beginning and a defined end. Nothing renews automatically.
What exactly is deducted, and from what?
Only the €245 remote consultation fee is creditable, and it is deducted in full from anything you book with us within ninety days, including the €2,300 clinic day. The €795 and €1,150 engagements do not carry a credit of their own, since they are complete pieces of work rather than an assessment step. Ninety days is not an arbitrary deadline. A clinical picture older than that is genuinely out of date.
Why is the Regeneration Protocol at €795 more than the Reset Protocol at €700?
Because they are different things. Reset is roughly two hours of regenerative treatment delivered to your body in Athens. The Regeneration Protocol is around four hours of physician time spent deciding what should be treated, in what order and on what evidence, then writing it down as a twelve-week protocol. One is the therapy. The other is the reasoning that tells you whether the therapy is right for you.
Can you prescribe medication?
Prescribing is bound by jurisdiction. Within Greece, where clinically appropriate, yes. Outside it, we provide detailed written guidance for your local physician. We will always be explicit about which situation applies to you.
How quickly can I be seen?
Baseline Reading slots are limited each week because they are Dr. Galani's own time, not a care team's. Typical wait is one to two weeks. Consultations are held in English or Greek.
Which consultation should I start with?
The Baseline Reading, €245, unless you already know exactly what you need. It is the first clinical opinion: seventy-five minutes of physician time across two video consultations, reading the blood work you already have and specifying what else to run. If it turns out you need the Regeneration Protocol, Trajectory 90 or a clinic day in Athens, the €245 is credited in full against it within ninety days, so starting there costs you nothing extra.
How does the €245 credit work in practice?
It is applied automatically, not on request. When you book a further engagement within ninety days of your results consultation, the invoice for that engagement is issued with €245 already deducted, whether it is the Regeneration Protocol, Trajectory 90 or a clinic day in Athens. The credit is personal to you, it is used once, and it is a deduction against future work rather than a cash refund. Laboratory charges you paid locally are separate and are never part of it.
What happens to the credit if I book after ninety days?
The credit lapses and the later engagement is charged in full. The window runs from your results consultation, and it exists for a clinical reason rather than a commercial one: past ninety days your blood work and your symptom picture have to be re-established before any protocol written from them can be trusted. If life has intervened, write to hello@minus10med.com before booking and Dr. Galani will tell you honestly whether a fresh reading is needed or whether the old one still stands.
Who should start with the Baseline Reading, and who should not?
Start here if you have blood work you do not fully understand, symptoms without a clear explanation, a family history you want quantified, or a plan you want a physician to check before you spend money on it. Start here too if you are considering a clinic day in Athens, since the reading decides whether the day is warranted and the €245 comes off it. Do not start here if you need acute or emergency care, which belongs with your local emergency service, or if you already hold a recent, physician-interpreted work-up and know precisely which protocol you want, in which case the Regeneration Protocol or Trajectory 90 is the more direct route.
No payment is taken now. Your request is reviewed clinically, usually within one business day.
