Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the minus10med website, the booking of consultations and the arranging of care. They describe what the service is, what it is not, how booking, payment and cancellation work, and the responsibilities of the practice and of the visitor or patient.

01

Who provides the service?

minus10med is a longevity medicine practice operating in Athens, Greece, led by Dr. Erietta Galani, MD, PhD. Clinical visits take place at the partner clinic, Notia MedCare in Glyfada, which delivers care under its own clinical responsibility. Contact details are on the contact page.

02

Is the website itself medical advice?

No. The content of this website, including the journal articles, program descriptions and diagnostic explanations, is general health information written for education. It is not a diagnosis, not a prescription and not a substitute for a consultation with a physician who knows your history. Do not start, stop or change any medication, supplement or therapy on the basis of website content alone. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call the European emergency number 112.

03

How do booking and payment work?

A remote assessment is requested through the booking form and confirmed by email with a date, time and connection details; a request is not an appointment until it is confirmed. Cost is determined individually after clinical assessment and confirmed in writing before any commitment, as described on the fees page. Amounts are in euro and the VAT treatment is stated on the written quotation itself.

04

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

A confirmed appointment can be rescheduled or cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the start time, using the link in the confirmation email or the appointment page on this site. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or a missed appointment without notice, may be charged in full, because the clinical time was held for you. If the practice must cancel, you are offered a new slot or a full refund of any amount paid for that appointment, at your choice.

05

Who may use the services?

The services are intended for adults. By booking you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate. Some assessments and therapies have medical eligibility criteria; the physician may decline or modify a service where it is not clinically appropriate, and any fee paid for a service declined on clinical grounds is refunded.

06

What are the limits of liability?

Medical outcomes depend on individual biology and on adherence to an agreed plan, and no specific result is promised or guaranteed. To the extent permitted by Greek law, the practice is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

07

Which law applies, and how are disputes resolved?

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold in your country of residence within the European Union. We aim to resolve any disagreement directly and in writing first; contact hello@minus10med.com before starting a formal process. These terms may be updated from time to time, and the version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
