Cookies and Analytics Policy

minus10med sets no marketing or advertising cookies in any state. The site stores only what is strictly necessary for booking and security by default, measures aggregate page views with a cookieless, EU hosted analytics tool, and loads Google Analytics 4 only if you actively opt in with the footer toggle.

01

What is stored without asking, and why is that allowed?

Under the ePrivacy rules, storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for does not require consent. On this site that covers two things.

  • Session booking storage. When you fill in the booking form, the details you entered are kept in your own browser's session storage so they survive a page reload and are not lost while you complete the request. This storage is on your device, is not transmitted to us until you submit, and is cleared when you close the tab.
  • Consent preference. Your analytics choice, granted or denied, is stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it between visits and does not ask again on every page.

No advertising identifier, no tracking cookie and no cross-site identifier is set in this default state.

02

How is traffic measured without cookies?

Aggregate page views are measured with a cookieless analytics tool hosted in the European Union. It records that a page was viewed, in aggregate, without setting a cookie, without storing an IP address in a form that identifies you, and without building a profile. This measurement cannot identify an individual visitor and runs for every visitor in the default state.

03

What changes if you opt in to Google Analytics 4?

Google Analytics 4 is present on the site but stays switched off unless you turn analytics on using the toggle in the site footer, under Analytics measurement. Consent is denied by default: while it is denied, no analytics or advertising storage is written, no identifier is created, and only anonymous, aggregated signals are sent, in line with Google Consent Mode v2. If you grant consent, Google Analytics 4 may set its own cookies (for example the _ga identifier) to distinguish visits, and booking events are reported with an internal reference, never with your name or email. Advertising and profiling storage stays denied at all times, even when analytics is on. You can withdraw the permission at any moment with the same footer toggle, which takes effect immediately.

04

Are any third-party cookies set by embedded services?

The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and loads only when you open the booking view; its functional storage is limited to holding the appointment scheduling interface you asked to use. No social media buttons, advertising pixels or embedded video players are present on the site, so none of those third parties can set a cookie here.

05

How do I change my choice or clear what is stored?

Use the Analytics preferences link in the footer of any page to switch measurement on or off. To clear everything, use your browser's setting for site data for minus10med.com; clearing it removes the stored consent choice and any booking draft, and the site will then behave as on a first visit.
