How did the practice start?
The practice grew out of two decades of hospital work. Dr. Erietta Galani qualified at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, completed a dual specialty in internal medicine and intensive care medicine, and spent those years treating people at the point where physiology has already failed, first in Athens and later in university hospitals in Brussels.
Intensive care shows you endings. The coronary event, the metabolic collapse, the malignancy that presented late: each of them had a quiet history of ten or twenty years that nobody measured. minus10med was founded to work at that earlier point instead, with the same seriousness that critical care demands, and it has been led by Dr. Galani personally since it opened.
We state only what we can document. Where a date, a number or a registration is not yet confirmed in writing, it does not appear on this website.
What does the practice actually do?
Work begins with a conversation and with measurement. A structured assessment establishes where your physiology stands today across laboratory, imaging and functional domains, a physician interprets it as one picture rather than as separate reports, and anything that follows is chosen from those findings and reviewed against repeat measurements.
The sequence is described in full on the method page and the approach page. Remote consultation is described on the remote consultation page, and how cost is determined individually is set out on the fees page.
What does the practice not do?
It does not sell programmes with promised outcomes, and it does not present a menu of therapies to be chosen from. Nothing is recommended without a measured reason, dietary supplements are foods and are recommended only where a measured deficiency or a documented clinical reason exists, and every commercial relationship the practice has is disclosed on the conflicts of interest page.
It is also not an emergency service. In a medical emergency call 112.
Where are services delivered?
Consultations can be held by secure video. Services delivered in person take place at the licensed premises operated by Notia MedCare, Private polyclinic (ιδιωτικό πολυιατρείο), at 127 Vouliagmenis Avenue, 16674 Glyfada, Greece, ΓΕΜΗ 176401101000. The full description of that arrangement, and of the supplier relationships behind it, is on the partners page.
Who is responsible for clinical decisions?
Dr. Erietta Galani, MD, PhD, internal medicine and intensive care physician, registered with the Ιατρικός Σύλλογος Αθηνών. She interprets every assessment and signs every plan. Credentials in full, and the contribution of specialist colleagues at the premises where in-person work is performed, are listed on the practitioners page.
The legal entity, tax identifiers and professional rules that govern this practice are published on the legal information page.
No result is promised
No result is promised. The relationship between physician and patient is an obligation of means, not of result. Individual results vary. Before anything is prescribed, your physician states the evidence level for that specific intervention in your case, and records it.
