Longevity medicine practice, Athenian Riviera

Your physiology, measured.

Biological age is measurable, and what is measurable can be worked on: precision diagnostics, AI-guided early detection, and regenerative medicine, under continuous physician supervision.

The name states an objective, not a promised result.

Book Consultation

Manifesto

We embody a simple conviction: aging is measurable, and what is measurable can be changed.

Conventional medicine is very good at naming disease once it has arrived. Personalized medicine is very good at asking why a system drifted. AI driven analysis is very good at seeing patterns across thousands of variables that no single clinician can hold in mind. We practise all three as one discipline.

That means every recommendation starts from your own measurements, is interpreted by a named physician, and is verified again later against the same numbers. AI assists. The physician decides.

The Journey

Four phases, in order.

Longevity medicine works as a sequence. Measurement comes before interpretation, interpretation before treatment, and treatment is only finished when it has been verified.

  1. 01

    MEASURE

We begin with numbers, not opinions. A five part baseline establishes how your body is actually functioning today.

  2. 02

    DECODE

Your physician reads the whole picture, assisted by AI pattern analysis. Ratios matter more than isolated values.

  3. 03

    RESTORE

A protocol is written for your physiology, not for a category of patient. Every therapy has a reason and a target.

  4. 04

    SUSTAIN

We remeasure against your own baseline. What worked is kept, what did not is changed.

Phase 01, Measure

Diagnostics: the assessment panel

The assessment panel is a five part baseline that measures metabolic health and body composition, genetics and epigenetics, skin and body surface, gut and immune function, and mind, stress and recovery. It is completed in one coordinated sequence, and every result is interpreted by a physician rather than returned as a raw report.

06

One Baseline

The five assessments are fused into a single picture. AI analysis surfaces the relationships between them, ratios, trends and outliers, and your physician reads that synthesis alongside your history. You leave with one baseline, not five reports.

Phase 02, Decode

Scopes of assessment

Care is described as a scope of assessment, not as a package. A written plan is built from your own baseline: what will be assessed, with what, and which measurement will show whether it changed. Every scope begins with a consultation, so suitability is agreed before anything is arranged.

Initial remote assessment

The first clinical opinion, 2 to 4 weeks

  • A consultation to understand history, training, symptoms and the blood work you already have
  • A written panel specification to run at an accredited laboratory near you
  • A results consultation reading the findings together
  • A written note: findings, interpretation, ranked next steps and a review interval
Ask about the initial remote assessmentAsk about the initial remote assessment

The laboratory pathway

Five steps, one at a time.

Most people begin with a conversation, not a test. At the end, the same values are measured again to see what changed. It is a way of following your health with your own numbers as the years pass.

What to check

Laboratory testing looks at three things.

Area 1

Supply and regulation

Does the body have what it needs, and is it well regulated?

Area 2

Load and defence

Is something inflaming or burdening the body?

Area 3

Inherited risk

What have you inherited?

Where to start

The steps run in this order. Most people begin at step 01, and some need only one or two.

  1. 01

    Remote consultation

Dr. Galani holds a consultation by video call. She asks about the patient's medical history and reads the test results the patient already has. No test is done.

  2. 02

    First blood tests

Dr. Galani gives the patient a referral for the necessary tests and explains where they can be done. Depending on the test, the blood sample can be taken at home, at the Notia premises with the participation of Diagnostiki Athinon, or, for some tests that need a visit to the laboratory, directly at Diagnostiki Athinon.

  3. 03

    Second, more detailed test

If a result or a symptom raises a question, Dr. Galani refers the patient for one or more groups of tests. There are six groups: the gut, hormones, nutrient levels, cell damage from oxidation, the heart and vessels, and the immune system. The patient receives a written finding.

  4. 04

    Genetic test

Dr. Galani refers the patient for a genetic test. The patient first signs a consent form and says in advance which results they want to be told. Dr. Galani explains the results in a consultation.

  5. 05

    Repeat test

About ninety days later, the values that were outside the normal range are measured again at the same laboratory. The patient receives the earlier value and the new value side by side.

Laboratory: minus10med does not perform laboratory tests. Diagnostiki Athinon is a medical laboratory certified to ISO 9001:2015. No commission, fee or other consideration is paid or received for the referral.

Limits: A normal result does not exclude disease. These tests do not replace the national screening programmes for breast, cervical and colorectal cancer, which you should continue to attend.

For Those Who Want Certainty

Preventive screening. Get to know the risk factors for your health.

AI-Guided Diagnostics is one private day of imaging, genomic, cardiopulmonary and biomarker testing, fused by AI and read by physicians. The purpose is early detection and risk stratification against your own baseline. AI does not diagnose. Your physician interprets every finding and decides what it means.

Phase 03, Restore

Treatments: what is used, and when

Therapies at minus10med are used against findings, never sold as packages. Each group below is used for defined indications, with the evidence level stated plainly, and always under physician supervision.

Prescription medicines are not listed on this website. Greek and EU law prohibit the advertising of prescription-only medicines to the public, so no prescription therapy is named, described or offered here. Any medicine is decided individually by the treating physician after assessment, on the basis of your results, your history and your risk profile, and is discussed with you in consultation before anything is started.

Hyperbaric oxygen

  • Seated chamber, breathing oxygen at raised ambient pressure
  • Session pressure, duration and number set by the treating physician
  • Approved indications only, such as carbon monoxide poisoning, decompression illness, problem wounds and radiation tissue injury

Use outside approved indications is not offered as a listed service.

Device-based modalities

  • PEMF, applied in timed sessions within the certified purpose of the device
  • Red and near-infrared light, applied to skin and superficial tissue at a set wavelength, distance and duration
  • Medical sauna and cold immersion, with temperature, duration and frequency set per person

Evidence: emerging. Dosing follows the device instructions and the physician's judgement for your findings.

Procedures and dietary supplements

  • Hormone therapy, where laboratory values, symptoms and risk profile agree; prescription only, individually decided, and not offered as a listed service
  • PRP and PRF, performed at the licensed day-surgery unit, Notia MedCare ODC, Patriarchou Grigoriou 1-3, Glyfada
  • Dietary supplements, used where a measured value or a dietary gap indicates it

Evidence: emerging for PRP and PRF. Dietary supplements are foods, not medicines, and are not used to prevent or treat disease.

  • HBOT
  • PEMF
  • Red / NIR Light
  • VISIA
  • AI Mole Mapping
  • CPET

Dr. Erietta GalaniFrom the ICU to Longevity Medicine

The Physician

Twenty years of intensive care, turned into prevention.

Dr. Erietta Galani spent twenty years in intensive care units in Athens, Brussels, and Paris, managing human physiology at its absolute limits. That experience produced one conviction: the most powerful medicine intervenes long before the ICU door.

She is an internal medicine and intensive care physician who practises longevity medicine, and she holds a PhD in cellular immunology and a Master's in health crisis management.

My background is intensive care, where disease is met at its latest stage. What interests me now is measurement and follow-up at a much earlier one.

Our Ecosystem

Delivered with partners, named openly.

We name every partner involved in your care. Diagnostics and therapies take place at the private polyclinic in Glyfada, and dietary supplements are sourced through a named supplier.

Supplier of dietary supplements

Norwegian Pharma

Norwegian Pharma supplies dietary supplements sourced in Norway, including omega-3, collagen and micronutrient products. Dietary supplements are foods, not medicines. They are recommended only where a measured deficiency or a documented clinical reason exists, they are reviewed at each follow-up, and they are not supplied as a standing subscription. They do not treat, cure or prevent disease.

Laboratory partner

Diagnostiki Athinon

minus10med does not perform laboratory tests. Diagnostiki Athinon is a medical laboratory certified to ISO 9001:2015. No commission, fee or other consideration is paid or received for the referral.

Who We Help

Six people who arrive with the same question.

  • The Proactive Professional

Nothing is wrong, but nothing is optimal either.

A full baseline turns a vague sense of decline into a set of numbers you can act on.

  • The Active Retiree

Recovery takes longer than it used to.

We measure capacity, bone and metabolic health, then train and treat against those figures.

  • The Prevention-Minded

There is disease in the family and I would rather know early.

Imaging, genomic and biomarker screening under a physician led protocol, not a consumer scan.

  • The Performance Seeker

I train hard and want the physiology to match the effort.

VO2 Max, CPET and body composition define the ceiling, and the protocol works on it.

  • The Sleep Deprived

I sleep, but I never wake up restored.

Sleep architecture, stress and recovery markers are measured before anything is prescribed.

  • The Woman in Transition

My body has changed and the usual answers do not fit.

Hormonal, bone and metabolic assessment, with therapy only where the evidence supports it.

Questions

Answered plainly, before you ask.

What is biological age and how do you measure it?

Biological age is a measure of how old your body functions, as opposed to how many years you have lived. We estimate it from epigenetic markers, blood biomarkers, body composition, and cardiopulmonary performance, then track it over time. Unlike calendar age, biological age can move in both directions.

What happens during the AI-Guided Diagnostics day?

You spend one private day at our partner clinic in Athens completing whole body MRI, coronary calcium scoring, DEXA, genomic and epigenetic testing, cardiopulmonary performance testing, skin mapping, and cognitive and stress assessment. AI systems fuse the data into one risk picture, and your dedicated physician presents the findings within 72 hours.

Is a whole body MRI safe?

MRI uses magnetic fields rather than ionizing radiation, so a screening MRI adds no radiation exposure. The main considerations are incidental findings, which is why every scan at minus10med is interpreted by radiologists within a physician-led protocol rather than as a stand-alone consumer scan.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed. Every program begins with a consultation with our medical team, who confirm that the diagnostics and therapies are appropriate for you.

Can I start with a video consultation?

Yes. Initial consultations are available by secure video in English, French, German, and Greek, and international clients often complete their first review of existing health data remotely before visiting Athens.

What does a minus10med assessment include?

A medical history, blood biomarkers, body composition and cardiopulmonary performance, with imaging or genomic testing where clinical judgement indicates it. The first set of measurements is recorded as your baseline, later measurements are read against your own earlier values, and a physician interprets the findings.

How often should I repeat diagnostics?

Core blood and body composition markers are typically rechecked every three to six months while a protocol is active. Imaging and genomic panels follow a slower cadence, usually annually for the full AI-Guided Diagnostics reassessment.

The Letter

I spent twenty years in intensive care, and almost every crisis I treated had announced itself years earlier, quietly, in numbers nobody had measured. minus10med is the practice I wished existed for the patients I met ten years too late: measure precisely, intervene early, verify everything against your own data. If you are weighing whether this work is for you, write to me and ask the hard questions first.

About the name. minus10med states the objective of the method, which is to measure defined physiological markers and to improve them where clinical intervention can do so. It is not a claim that biological age is reduced by ten years, or by any amount, for any person. No clinical outcome is promised. The relationship between physician and patient is an obligation of means and not of result.
