Remote assessment with one physician, from wherever you are.

Every consultation we hold begins with the same question: what is actually going on in this body, right now, measured rather than assumed. You can answer that question from anywhere. No clinic, no flight, no subscription.

The initial remote assessment is the recommended starting point for anyone new to minus10med: seventy-five minutes of physician time across two video consultations, reviewing the blood work you already hold and specifying what else should be measured.

In one line each

What each scope of assessment covers

Plain definitions, so there is no ambiguity about what you are requesting or what it involves. Which one is appropriate is a clinical judgement, made after your history and results have been read.

Initial remote assessment

The initial remote assessment is a physician-led remote consultation comprising seventy-five minutes with Dr. Erietta Galani, MD, PhD, across a forty-five minute history and blood work review and a thirty minute results consultation. It delivers a written panel specification to run at your own accredited laboratory and a written note with findings, interpretation and ranked next steps.

Initial remote assessment

Extended remote assessment

The extended remote assessment is a written twelve-week remote protocol, built from your existing results and roughly four hours of physician time deciding what should be addressed, in what order and on what evidence. It is the clinical reasoning rather than the treatment, and it suits people who already hold a recent, physician-interpreted work-up.

Extended remote assessment

Assessment with repeat measurement over ninety days

This scope is a ninety-day remote engagement in which the same measurements are repeated and read three times, at baseline, day 45 and day 90, each panel interpreted in writing, with a maintained progress ledger and a closing report recommending the next step. It suits people who want a clinical decision tested against repeat measurement rather than a single opinion.

Assessment with repeat measurement over ninety days

The first clinical opinion, 2 to 4 weeks

Initial remote assessment

Forty-five minutes to understand your history, training, symptoms and the blood work you already have. A specified panel to run locally. Then thirty minutes to read the results together and rank what to do next.

  • 45-minute video consultation with Dr. Galani, MD, PhD
  • Review of all existing blood work, reports and wearable data
  • A written, individualised panel specification to run at any accredited laboratory near you
  • 30-minute video results consultation
  • A written note: findings, interpretation, ranked next steps, retest schedule
  • Laboratory charges, settled directly with your local laboratory
  • No on-site diagnostics, no hands-on therapy

Cost is determined individually after clinical assessment. You receive a written quotation, specific to you, before anything is arranged. Nothing is sold as a package and no fee is quoted before assessment.

A defined problem, 12 weeks

Extended remote assessment

For recovery that has stopped working, a plateau that will not move, a body training well and adapting badly. Extended panel, written twelve-week protocol, six-week review against measured response.

  • 60-minute extended intake
  • Individualised extended blood panel specification
  • 45-minute protocol delivery consultation
  • The foundations: sleep and circadian timing, load and deload structure, energy availability, deficiency correction, and what to stop
  • The specific regeneration: photobiomodulation, PEMF, hyperbaric oxygen, targeted IV nutrient support, PRP and PRF candidacy, hormonal considerations, each with rationale, dose, sequence and candidacy, including when a modality is not indicated
  • 30-minute six-week review with retest interpretation
  • Referral guidance for carrying out any specified modality locally
  • Designs the protocol, does not administer therapy

Supervised execution, 90 days

Assessment with repeat measurement over ninety days

A protocol is easy to write and hard to run. This is the version where someone is watching. Six check-ins across ninety days, two retests, continuous adjustment against what your body actually does.

  • 60-minute kickoff with full 90-day protocol design and measurable targets
  • Biweekly 25-minute check-ins at weeks 2, 4, 6 and 8
  • Monthly reviews at day 60, 30 minutes, and day 90, 45 minutes
  • Three panel specifications, baseline, day 45 and day 90, each interpreted in writing
  • A written progress ledger maintained across the ninety days
  • Closing 90-day report with a clear next-step recommendation
  • Defined contact points rather than unlimited messaging. We would rather be honest than promise availability we cannot hold.

The recommendation

We strongly suggest you start with an assessment.

Not as a sales step. As a clinical one.

Arranging a diagnostic day or a regenerative session before anyone has read your blood work properly is treatment before measurement. It may still turn out to be the right thing to do. But nobody can know that yet, and we are not willing to arrange it on an assumption.

Measured. Then treated. Then measured again.

There are three ways the second consultation can go. All three are good clinical outcomes.

Something specific and correctable

A deficiency, a load problem, a thyroid picture, an iron status that explains more than it should. You leave with an answer and a retest date, and you may not need us again for six months.

A picture that needs real structure

Several systems pulling in the same direction, and a twelve-week or ninety-day engagement, or a clinic day in Athens, is the honest recommendation.

A question blood cannot settle

It needs cardiopulmonary testing, body composition, imaging or epigenetic profiling. We say so plainly, we set out what would be involved in writing, and we do not pretend a panel can answer it.

About the name. minus10med states the objective of the method, which is to measure defined physiological markers and to improve them where clinical intervention can do so. It is not a claim that biological age is reduced by ten years, or by any amount, for any person. No clinical outcome is promised. The relationship between physician and patient is an obligation of means and not of result.
