The discovery call is a free twenty minute video or phone conversation with the minus10med team in Athens. You choose a slot in the calendar below and receive an immediate confirmation. Its purpose is to establish what you want to know about your biology, and which program answers it.
How do I pick a time for the discovery call?
Choose any open slot in the calendar below. Slots are shown in your own time zone, confirmation is instant, and you can reschedule from the confirmation email without contacting the clinic. Nothing is charged and no card details are requested.

What happens during the twenty minutes?
A member of the clinical team asks what prompted your enquiry, what you already know about your biology, and what you want the next year to look like. You will be asked about current medication, recent investigations and any symptom that needs a physician rather than a longevity protocol.
If a program is clearly the right fit, testing is scheduled from that conversation and you receive the preparation instructions in writing. If it is not the right fit, we say so plainly, and there is no follow-up sequence.
Does booking online cost anything or commit me?
No. The discovery call is complimentary and carries no obligation to book a program. Prices for everything that follows are published openly on the programs and pricing page, from €350 for the Complete Skincare Experience to €6,600 for Ultimate Longevity.
The scheduler stores only the name, email and time slot you enter, for the purpose of holding your appointment. The rest of the site remains cookieless, and no advertising or profiling data is collected from this page.
Can I book without using the online calendar?
Yes. Call +30 214 4444 200 during Athens business hours or email hello@minus10med.com and a human replies within one working day. The contact page lists clinic hours, the Glyfada address and the video consultation options for patients abroad.
